Experiencing our Homestyle Living starts with a personal dedicated tour of the readily available accommodation choices that best suit your preferences and needs. This may be supportive independent living suites in one of our seven distinct floor plans, or perhaps a studio or one-bedroom apartment.
Our suites in two wings provide a great package of services for those who can manage personal daily tasks, while on-site housing apartments cater to those seeking unaided affordable living. You have options to enjoy our furnishings and/or bring your own favorite pieces, depending on the unit of your choice.
Affordability here never comes at the expense of quality. As a local non-profit and registered charity, we maintain high standards while annually reviewing and keeping rents as low as sustainably possible.
Supportive independent living suites include all meals and snacks, housekeeping, fresh linens, engaging recreation, complimentary laundry facilities, 24/7 staff on site, and a free optional Lifeline emergency response service subscription – delivering comfort and peace of mind, all part of your rental fee. To take advantage of the Lifeline service, you just need to pay for landline phone service from either Access Communications or SaskTel. Both offer worry-free transfer of an existing phone number to your new home here.
Our nutritious meals and snacks are all prepared in-house, ensuring that residents enjoy the comfort and value of three tasty meals and three snacks daily.
Convenient parking, help doing personal laundry, and a newly appointed guest suite for family and friends are all available at minimal cost.
Plus, in the spirit of affordable excellence, we’re keeping a close watch on and investigating ways to sustainably introduce new services and update facilities.
